The following steps will allow you to change between the Native Client (Citrix Receiver) and the Client for Java - or visa versa:
- Using your web browser, open the VCIT Cloud web portal
- From the login screen, click on the Settings button in the top right corner
- In the middle of the Settings screen that appears, click on the "Change Client" button. NOTE: your currently selected client will be shown just above the button
- From the Client Selection window, choose your preferred client.
- Click on the Save button
NOTE: Typically, the preferred client is the Native Client. If you are using a computer which does not have the Citrix Receiver installed and you do not have permissions to install new software, then the Client for Java can be used instead.
