How To Change Between Citrix Receiver (Native Client) and the Client for Java

The following steps will allow you to change between the Native Client (Citrix Receiver) and the Client for Java - or visa versa:

• Using your web browser, open the VCIT Cloud web portal
• From the login screen, click on the Settings button in the top right corner

• In the middle of the Settings screen that appears, click on the "Change Client" button. NOTE: your currently selected client will be shown just above the button
• From the Client Selection window, choose your preferred client.

• Click on the Save button

NOTE: Typically, the preferred client is the Native Client. If you are using a computer which does not have the Citrix Receiver installed and you do not have permissions to install new software, then the Client for Java can be used instead.
